UPS for File Servers

Hi,

I have a 6.3TB file server HP Proliant DL380 with MSA1000. Can someone suggest which among these two brands is the best:

MGE UPS Systems Pulsar MX 5000 RT3U

Powerware 9125 6KVA

Or please post other models with similar features and specs.. thanks!

we use older 2200 models at the computer shop i work at for our servers, they seem to do ok. Make sure you have plenty of power though on the circuit they're plugged into, we tried to use them on our mobile gaming tournament, that didn't work too well. We only had 2 15 amp circuits for about 15 computers most of which were using crt monitors. Needless to say we didn't do much gaming.

APC has many other models that are more powerful, that one may serve your needs, but if not they definitely make high quality items... Even their lowest UPS (around $40 USD) had a 3-year warranty on it!
