upside down monitor

HELP!!

My monitor is upside down after I boot up microsoft says to from the desk top right properities, display properities , settings tab advanced, the next tap is suppost to be the graphic properities tab but I can find it anywhere any suggestions what to do thanks wizbam

You mean you "can't" find it right? What kind of graphics card do you have and are you the administrator on the computer, because an administrator can hide those options, at least that is true for nvidia graphics cards.
