I don't know about upside down, but some monitors let you rotate them(I guess for very long text documents...?) There was also this game for Dreamcast which was ported for the arcade version where you played with the screen at a 90* angle. Playing on my PC with a flipped screen would be much easier than trying to flip my old 20" CRT

iv just seen this at work at the hospital. from what it looked like, i saw a few monitors that were hanging upside down. there were a few of them connected to a big moving arm in one of the OR rooms. thats where i got that idea
