URGENT HELP: Monitor or Graphic Card Blew?

I have had this 19' Samsung HDTV for about a year. I recently replaced a new graphic card to a 9800GTX.

All has been going well, until I started up my PC, and everything was jagged. All the colors were correct, its just the lines were messed up.

I hit the menu button on my monitor, and the lines on the menu were messed up as well.

I shut off my pc and monitor. I turned on ONLY the monitor, and it took a while to switch sources from PC to cable.

The picture is now clear and fine.

Was it my monitor or my PC?

Try the monitor on another computer. I'd say the GFX... see if you can switch out the old GFX, and see if the problem persists.

Have you checked the monitor cable? Also is the graphics card underpowered or overheating?

or just run from standere Integrated Graphics, saves you alot of time, if you see thign from the integrated graphics then you know the GFX card is your problem...
