[URGENT HELP NEEDED] Internet timing out and phones not working right

Today I tried playing TF2 and every server I try to connect to will time out. I can visit some websites but some I can't even get to and some will instantly time out. NOTHING will load on devices connected to Wifi. I also have noticed that my phone line is acting weird (I can hardly hear the other person, they can't hear me, loud popping noises or a fuzzy connection). I DO know that my wifi router (Arris NVG510) controls my phones because when my internet was upgraded I got VOIP phone. Please help me, this is really getting annoying! I had to post this over my neighbor's Wifi

That's usually the first step.

You should call AT&T instead of posting here. They may have service issues or your modem is having issues.

I've rebooted the modem twice and still no connections.

Then call AT&T as it's an issue with their service.

If the phone are having issues too, it's not a WiFi problem as those should be connected via a wired phone line to your modem. Could be a modem, but likely service issue.

Could be a bad filter if filters are still needed on uverse???

Everyone, the issue is fixed. Turns out my cat chewed the phone wire. A new wire and it's back and working.
