Urgent help needed!

Im looking to buy a gaming computer with a budget of around £300-£400, i haven't a clue where to start but i've been looking on eBay for computers and have found a few which i might take fancy too, i was wondering, would it be cheaper and better to build my own PC from scratch rather than buying a custom made one? but even still i wouldn't know what to buy at all.

All im looking for out of the PC is to run MMO games at a fair FPS rate on medium graphics, nothing more.

If i were to get one of these (if making a PC myself is a bad option) which would be best?

Thanks mate, and you know if i was to build my own one, what would be the best budget graphics card i should get for a £350 PC?
 
So how is the 8800 GTX in comparison to those to Graphics cards, its double the price and i've been quoted by someone that sais he could use one in a £350 budget PC
