URGENT HELP, No Power at all!

Help, I've recently upgraded my PSU because the PC would randomly loose power. The new psu didn't work until 24hours after installation I randomly came down and turned it on. Then after a few hours of using the pc, it shut down...

Since then I've had no luck... So I replaced the motherboard... No Luck... So I bought a new case thinking it might be the switches nothing again, then I bought another PSU and same again. The PC shows no signs of life at all!

I've tried with just 1 stick of ram, without the dvd drive and hard drive, and graphics card... Could it be my CPU? There is absolutely no power at all. It is like there is nothing coming out of my wall (I have tested the outlet and tried 2 different plugs which previously worked and still do to my knowledge.)

I am now honestly stuck as to where to go next... all help greatly appreicated, this is majorly frustrating!

Thanks

Is this a recent new build? If so, I recommend building it outside of the case on a piece of cardboard to see if it boots up. Did you use the brass standoffs between the case and motherboard?

Yeah I used the brass stand offs, and no I built this coming up to a year ago now... the power only started cutting out about 4 months ago, so I changed my psu to a bigger one, and then the above ^^ :S

Can you list your specs please.

Motherboard
cpu
exact model of power supply
ram
video card

Motherboard: ASUS M5A78LM LX3
CPU: AMD Athlon Dual Core 3.6GHz + Artic Cooling freezer 13
PSU : ARTIC Blue + 850W and newer Alpine silent power supply 600W
RAM: Kingston Hyper X DDR3 2x8gb (I think might be 2x4gb)
Graphics Card: XFX RADEON HD 6750

Ok I have a few concerns

1. I do not see a 3.6 ghz athlon dual core processor in the support list for that motherboard. What is the exact model number of process you have?

2. Both of those power supplies are garbage.

Have you tried resetting the cmos? Could be processor. If you don't have the ability to change out parts you may have to take it in to have it diagnosed. Do you have the 4/8 pin cpu connection attached to the motherboard?

I managed to get it going :D, turns out that 850w PSU blew the fuses on every plug I tried... So All is good except a clean install of windows for some reason :(
