Urgent help please

Whilst browsing a warning message came up saying my comp is infected and is requesting me to download something from a site called powerstability.com so i did that but no i am doubting wheter this is some virus or something cos i have never heard of the site or used the software before. The prompt to download and save just came up from nowhere whilst i was reading the screen.

Please help i am not that great on a comp!!!

when downloaded the info says the publisher could not be verified are you sure.....

the original thing i downloaded then deleted before i opened but i did open the cpu-z thing
