Urgent help required, W32/Rbot-FKM removal

No idea how this got on my PC, but W32/Rbot-FKM has infected C:\Windows\system32\wininit.exe. It has managed to infect all my PC's on my network and I can't find a way of getting rid of it. I've tried everything I can think of.

At least Malwarebytes' deleted something.

Now about NoAdware...

According to Google and WOT (Web of Trust add on for firefox) NoAdware is actually a rouge spyware program. I suggest removing it immediately also, what other protection are you running?
 
Apparently NoAdware was removed from the rouge list. Still it's funny you say that, as NoAdware is the only app that detects the bot. I'll just get rid of it. I'm using Spybot S&D + Malwarebytes.

Removed but not deemed safe.

Also some experts believe that a computer that was infected by a backdoor cannot be trusted until reformatted. :(
 
* Click Start.
* Open Computer.
* Press the ALT key.
* Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
* Select the View Tab.
* Under the Hidden files and folders heading select Show hidden files and folders.
* Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
* Click Yes to confirm.
* Click OK.

restart.. F8 select Safe Mode

* Open HijackThis
* Choose "Do a system scan only"
* Check the boxes in front of these lines:
