If you are unable to get into your BIOS to change the settings back, you will need to reset your BIOS to default settings. There will be a jumper on your mainboard that will do this. You need to refer to your mainboard manual to find the jumper, then...

1) Power off your machine
2) Set the jumper in the reset position
3) Set the jumper back to the normal position
4) Power on your machine
5) Enter your BIOS and make any changes you want to make

you are 15, how old is your little brother and how the heck did he know how to do all of that...that's the main question here.

It appears that his "little borther" logged on under reddevil6's name and posted this thread recently: http://www.computerforum.com/109734-will-decreas-my-preformence.html (looks like his "little borther" doesn't spell so well either). He must have decided that the reduced life of the CPU and RAM was worth changing the FSB. Darn those "little borthers". One time my "little borther" tried to overclock my computer without testing it, and it shut off on my wife during some important work. Surprisingly, I got in trouble for it!
