Urgent Help

On my compuer (specs in sig), I installed XP on there. When it's finished copying files over to the hard-drive and then reboots, the first screen that shows when the computer comes on with all the computer information it keeps on repeating. It goes and then comes back in a loop. Nothing happens. 1st boot is set as Hard Drive. Tried re-setting the bios and cmos. No luck. Any suggestions? Please

Re-format and reinstall OS?
Perhaps when you installed it the first time, there was an error? Is it a legit copy?

Unplug HDD. What happens? If it books, most likely a corrupt installation.
