i have D630 and i want share my ram memory with VGA
plz tell me what i do ?

during boot up enter bios by pressing Del key or it could be F8 or F10; or something else, dependent on what your user manual says.

from there there should be a video option to increase shared memory unless Dell locked it.

BIOS key is F2 on Dells. The D630's should already have dedicated Quatro cards with 256MB of onboard memory. Even if it's the Intel chipset I don't think you can share more than 8MB of RAM for video.

thanks for reply...i check bios but i cannt found any option for sharing ram..
