hello, i know that this is a random question and might now go on this part of the forum but... my brother gave out my visa debit card 16 pin digit number, the 3 confirmation numbers on the back, and expiration date of the debit card. if they dont have the name to me on the debit card am i safe? they also dont know my secret pin number. please help me !!!!!
 
Call Visa, report the card stolen/lost. They will send you a new one with a new #, front and back. Its possible to crack the code over time. Then go home and proceed to beat your brother with the nearest blunt object for his sheer stupidity.
