Urgent - I got infected by zlob.pornadvertiser.ba and Spyware.IEMonster.b

Hi! I'm new here, I was downloading a file and a random pop up comes up asking me to download an active x codec, it thought I needed it to play the file but then moments later my computer detected Spyware.IEMonster.b and Adware Zlob.PornAdvertiser.ba and suddenly porn shortcuts start popping up on my desktop.

I tried getting rid of it through my anti virus but nothing worked. I saw a similar problem here (http://www.computerforum.com/110016-urgent.html) which is why I think you can help me.

I followed the first set of instructions already, I already downloaded HJT and here's the copy of the Log. I hope you can help me.

1. Please download this file - ComboFix to your desktop
2. Double click ComboFix.exe & follow the prompts.
3. When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log in your next reply together with a new HijackThis log.

Note:
Do not mouseclick ComboFix's window whilst it's running. That may cause it to stall

Dont speak of torrents but you can speak of general download issues with azureus as the program is not illegal!! So, do you have a router? I am guessing that if you dont it has to be something with a firewall issue!! Does azur say it is a firewall blocking or something on the bottom in advanced? Or do all the downloads have a green smiley next to them?
