Urgent! Need Advice

Hey guys I'm new here but I'm trying to buy this new PC and really start gaming, I'm bidding on an Aurora R3 for 740$ total , I wanted to know if they're really worth it, i7 2600 3.4 ghz CPU and a gtx 560 ti vid card, here r then specs and I'd really appreciate any help!

That's not horrible, though the i7 26xx series is a couple years old now. If you were interested in building a computer, you could make something quite decent with that price point ($740).
 
Thanks man appreciate it, so its not a greaat deal that I'm missing out on then, plus the 560 to is the OEM, ...so what just build my own, isn't an i7 tho like 270 and a nice GPU like 300, and windows 8 is a lot right? Can I really make it that good for bout 750?
