Urgent need help

I swapped out some components today in my brothers desktop to give to him for Christmas tomorrow. The computer will power up, all the lights come on, but there isn't any signal in the mouse, keyboard, or monitor. What is going on?

I assume that the computer worked until you swapped the parts out?

What did you swap out?

What is the build of the computer, before and after the swap?

Before you swapped the components, did the computer have ANY issues with running? Mention anything that was odd.

When you turn on the computer, do you hear any beeps from the system? Remember any you hear and let us know whether or not you hear them and how many and the timing of the beeps.

Are the mouse and keyboard wired or wireless? Do they need drivers to run them?
