USA Computer

You will most likely need a 240 volt to 120 volt converter if UK voltage is 230-240 volts. If you have the correct power cord for the computer I assume you just need the step down Something like this I would assume.

Usually US plays for computers are 3 prongs and only one is rounded. UK has 3 straight long prongs. Do you have an adapter on your plug already?

Plus international adapters/converters are common. The one Johnb linked should work.

I have all of the attachments. It is an adapter that fits the photo(2 prong North America) to enable me to plug into UK mains power

Problem solved.Obtained plug and socket from computer shop in st annes on sea.
Charged me £2
They gave you other solutions too since not all PSUs are auto switching between 120/220. The plug adapter works if it accepts both voltages.

I brought one over that auto on'd and didn't check,. was 120v only, plugging that into 220v mains instantly shot plumes of smoke out the back lol
