Usb 2.0 -> 3.0

Alright Im not huge in computer hardware, cant seem to find a straight answer anywhere on the internet. The usb 2.0 port on my 2.5" 500gb sata external hdd broke so I need a new encolsure, is it possible to put my hard drive in a usb 3.0 encolsure?
 
Yes, shouldn't be a problem whatsoever, you might not get an increase in speed cause of the limitations of the drive itself, but since USB 2.0and 3.0 are fully compatible, it shouldn't be a probleme
