USB 2.0 Problem

I have an MSI K8n Neo4-f motherboard version 3.0 and I am 100% certain it has USB 2.0 compatibility. However, whenever I connect my Zen to my computer it pops a message up saying a 2.0 compatible device ids plugged into a 1.1 port and that it needs a USB host controller. Please help I would really like to be going 480MB/S instead of 12MB/S

Look in device manager under USB and see if it list a Standard Enhanched Controller and a USB 2.0 root hub

No it says just standard no enhanced... But I've got the manual right here and it says it has a maximum of 10 USB 2.0 slots

Exactly, it says "Standard OpenHCD USB Host Controller"

I have a similar problem. Being that my USB 2.0 ports are acting like a 1.1 port. When I click update driver it doesn't change it to 2.0. Only one works as 2.0 and I have multiple mass storage devices that I would like to have on 2.0

if its still not working.. look in the bios.. usually you can set the usb compatibillity mode there. usb 2.0 might be disabled then. (or at least, i can do that with my motherboard)

It should only show one
