usb 3.0 port replicator/docking station

Has anyone had success with a usb 3.0 port replicator? I've tried two different brands, I've installed and 're installed the latest drivers. The problems are the mouse is not accurate, the Ethernet is not relaying.

Lenovo t430u
Windows 8

Lenovo ThinkPad 3.0 port replicator

Satechi usb 3.0 docking station
 
Are you referring to a USB hub in addition to a docking station? I've never had issues with my USB 3.0 hub.
