USB Driver Help Needed

I just built a new machine last night, but am having trouble getting my USB 3.0 drivers installed. I downloaded the driver from ASRock's website after noticing that the device manager said the USB Controller drivers are not installed.
After I install the driver the device manager notification goes away and my system runs fine until I restart. After I restart my computer hangs when windows is loading and I get the blue screen. It is apparently interfering with my display drivers for some reason. After booting into safe mode and doing a quick system restore my system is fine again, however the driver is no longer installed.
I have updated the rest of the drivers on the system to the most current versions and downloaded all of the Windows 7 updates. The interfering driver's name is as follows:

"USB3_Fresco_XP64_Vista64_Win7-64(3.0.108.16_WHQL)"

You should note that I did try rolling my system back to a point where I had zero drivers installed, and installed this one by itself. No luck. I'm utterly confused, and would appreciate being USB3 capable.
The thing I don't understand is that my computer runs fine after installing the software. It doesn't prompt me for a system reboot; however the problem always starts after a system restart. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Here are the basic system specs:

Motherboard - ASRock 770 Exterme3
Processor - AMD Phenom II x4 925
RAM - 4GB DDR 3
HDD - 500GB SATA3
GPU - NVidia GeForce 9800 GTX+
OS - Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit

The motherboard cd will have the driver on it. Just pop it in the cd drive and it should automatically load the driver install program and choose to install the usb3 driver.

Probably need to contact asrock for a solution then. Maybe rma the board for a new one.

Would there be any generic USB 3 drivers out there? Right now, this isnt' really a big deal. I currently don't have any devices that would utilize USB 3.0, however it would be nice to have the capability.

You can't use a generic driver because it depends on the usb controller you have. I have the NEC usb3 controller on my gigabyte motherboard and no issues. You have an issue with the motherboard, therefore need to contact asrock or the place you bought it for support.
