On the last build I saw an occasional driver glitch where the mouse buttons wouldn't do anything but the left and right clicks. A quisk reinstall of the MS Intellipoint software always corrected that fast.
It was not the mouse tough... since the PS2 mouse and keyboard worked normally...
Anyhow.. it works with the legacy thingy disabled.. so im setteled i gues =]
yeah it sounds like shoddy drivers for your usb controller. Might want to see if there is a chipset update or something...then again if it ain't broke don't fix it.
