USB errors

Non of the usb's work on my grandma's computer. They are turnied on in bios, but under device manager they show they yellow warning sign next to them. Should I uninstall them and then reinstall the drivers?

Update the USB drivers, what is the OS???

Are you plugging the USB into a USB port on the motherboard???
