USB Flash Memory Question

THis amy be a stupid quwestion but i know nothing about these things....
my questions is are all USB Flash memory Sticks bootable?
this webiste says
"Resets directly from a bootable USB Drive, no floppy or CD-ROM drive required" so would any usb stick work like that?

Yes, all USB devices are bootable. However, it really depends on your computer, if it supports bootable USB devices or not.
