USB from the Motherboard or ePCI

I know that a USB HUB is bad news so I got rid of them but does it make any difference if you attach a 4 port USB to the Motherboard or to a ePCI slot?

Depend on your motherboard. You can connection 4 port USB to motherboard but if you want more USB port then getting PCI express.

PS it is actually PCIe not ePCI.
