USB Headset to 360?

does anyone know if a usb head set will work if plugged directly into the xbox 360?? or of a way to get this to work?

if it requires no drivers for it i would see no reason why it shouldn't work, but i would still use the ones that come with the xbox

lol the ones that come with the xbox? u mean the one ear head set, thats made for conversation only?

im wanting to use that set for a full speaker replacement.

im not sure it will work.. i just googled it and all i could come up with was the wireless headset and a guy saying teh sound is controlled by the port on the controller now..
