USB keyboard & mouse not being recognized

Need some help....here is my problem. Yesterday my mouse and keyboard were working today they are not recognized. When I go to safe mode they both work. Should I use the hardware wizard??

Is this some sort of combo that shares a single USB port? I know my old Microsoft wireless combo did... If so, try another port. If not, try some drivers. If any are installed for the device(s), remove them. If you can find some USB drivers for your system, try updating them.
