i just got the microsoft keyboard & mouse 3000 & found out its only a USB connection. i need to use this with a KVM which only has a ps2 port. can anyone give me a link to ps2 to usb y cable? the ps2 must be male connection. i seen some with female connection at frys & newegg. help

The MS combination there should have come with it's own ps2 adapter included. I've used more then one MS keyboard and have always found the ps2 adapter right in the box with them. It will be a small cylinder shaped item with a grey or green color body and silver/chrome looking plug on one end. It's only about an inch or so in length if that. The usb side as well as the ps2 end will be round when looking at it.

The adapter for ps2 should have been included. If you just bought the combo at a retail store you should be able to get that exchanged fast by telling them that a part was missing. If you ordered it online the second link will save on shipping and wait time there.
