USB's and dvd drive not working Help

I deleted some files to clear up space and now the dvd drive and the USB drives don't work. The dvd drive doesn't show up in my comp it opens and lights up and the USB shows that you have something in it but it also doesn't show up in my comp it just says it can't run. Most of the time the windows message has something to do with can't find windows32 files. Is there a program that will scan and fix this or do i have to take it in to get repaired?

What files did you delete?

Do a system restore back to before you started deleting files and everything should work again.
