I found some very usefull programs such as :

File and Disk Utilities:

Miscellaneous Utilities:
A collection of diverse utilities that includes a screen saver, presentation aid, and debugging tool.

Killbox
Startup Lite
Vundofix
ATF Cleaner
CPU-Z
GPU-Z

Edit: Another good free app is called "Process Explorer". It is basically an in depth task manager. It shows exact of everything you possibly want to know.

this tools are free. i use procexp/Process Explorer (to see program process n it's usefull to see a hidden process too) and tcpview (too see net traffic)

^^ Yeah with Process explorer you can set it to replace the task manager. So ctrl+alt+del will pop-up Process Explorer instead of Task Manager. It's a nifty little tool
