User account non clickable

Hello, I have windows 10 with several user account set up. Admin, account A and B. Over the weekend there might have been a update. Both admin and A accounts updated and work fine. When logging into the B account I can't click on anything, no icons, folders, start button,etc. There use to be folders with pictures on the desktop and they are gone too.

If you think an update caused this, seems highly likely that it did, do a system restore back to before the updates were installed.
