I'm not sure what you're asking... If you can give a little more detail, I'm not even sure what account you're talking about, and where the account is registered with...

U know Windows User Account in Control Panel that you can change user name or add/remove/change password or stuff? Anyway, I just saw that the name of user account, ASP.NET Machine A... is on there. Just wondering how the heck it got there from? I didn't do anything with it and it just been there, maybe... Here the picture I can show you.

I would delete it. It almost looks like something that would be put on there for a technician to do some work on the computer in that account name. Another question, is this the first time that you noticed this account on the computer?

Yes, this is my first time this afternoon and my first time going that Home Account on my new Fresh Windows XP... I reformat my computer yesterday and just hanging out with it. So, Yeah...

PS. Actually, I am Computer Professinal with Hardware mostly. I am learning software and windows XP stuff from my friends. :) Just let you know who I am, haha...

~EDIT~

Okay, I just delete that account and nothing happens :)

The account is added when you install .NET (puke!) Just leave it alone. if you're concerned, leave the account where it is and disable it :)

Ah... Oops, well, I already deleted it. It'll be okay, I don't care though. :)

the best is to just leave the standard installed users alone but if you really want to cause of security reasons or something just disable them thats always better
