User accounts / Etc.

P.S: I'm a Newbie.

Here's what I want. Is there any way to hit the nail?

i)How do you ever build a user account that has full restrictions (similar to school systems/accounts) on Windows XP?

So far, I have only seen either you can choose either "Computer Administrator" or "Limited" rights. However, the "Limited" account type doesn't have much restrictions - it is somehow similar to the "Computer Administrator"'s.

I'll list some of the restrictions I'm talking about.

  • No permission to change the time and date.
  • No permission to access Control Panel.
  • Prevent one from installing or downloading a software.

Please make it as similar as the school account system.

(PROBLEM RESOLVED FOR II AND III, THANK YOU)
ii) And also, is there any software or how the hell can I make a chain of system message for one's account upon logging in?

So when a user successfully logs in, all updates and notices and announcements will be shown in a chain / series.

Anyway to do that?

iii) Is there any software that would allow us to watch every computer what the users are doing?

That's all, hope to get immediate reply.

Yours faithfully,
MystCoral (School of Enthusiasm)

How many computers are you going to do this with if you plan to do this onsay 20 computers in school environment, speak to your network administrator or a computer science teacher. All of this is possible but on a large scale would have to be done from a networking stand point.
