User accounts

Hello,
I have just finished my first computer build and installed Windows 7. The whole thing has been a success thanks to my friends on Computer Forum. One thing that puzzles me is "User Accounts". When I boot I get an option for two accounts. I am trying to figure out how to save all my info from a secondary account and place it into primary account and then delete the secondary account as I am unable to delete the primary. I only want one account option at boot-up. A lot of time has gone into settings, passwords, programs etc. I hate to loss any of it, but I dont want to go thru it all again. Does this make any sence?
 
Why do you have a secondary account with all your info on a new install? Could you explain exactly what's happened..
 
When you get down to just one account, you can arrange to skip the logon screen completely if you don't want to bother with a password. If others have access to the PC this is not a good idea.
