same thing happened to me. you probably have spyware on your system. can you run windows in safe mode or will it restart there as well?

Do you mean esits as i logs you off?
If so try starting in safe mode , repeatedly press either F8 or SHIFT when you press the power button and then logon, if it keeps you on run anti-spyware and anti-virus checks, if you don't have any software you can get avast for free from www.avast.com and Microsoft Anti-Spywatre from www.microsoft.com which should do the job.
If you still can't logon it may be a prank that some one has put on your computer, possible registry:confused: If this is the case then unfortunately i don;t know much about this so you will have to ask someone else for help,

clarify your problem.
is it after you log on, it loads, then exits you out?
right after logging in, it logs you out?
right after logging in, it restarts?
it does not let you log in at all, but you see the log in screen?
??

ok well ill tell you what happened to me and you can tell me if it's similar to what's going on with you.

-You turn on your tower and monitor and everything is running smooth.
-You click on your user account (and type the password if you have one) and log in.
-Right when you see the background on your desktop, it freezes for a second and then restarts itself.

Is that what's happening to you?
