using an extrenal harddrive

Hi there

Is it possible to install say flight sim x on to an external harddrive. if so has anyone got any suggestions how i would go about that please.

Yeah, it should work...but why do it?

The reason is at the moment i have a mac that has boot camp so can use xp on it and i have had to partition my harddrive but do not have enought space for the game. how would i tell it to install on the external hard drive.

plug in your external harddrive, usb right? then just change the install path to whatever the external is.
