using cleanslate to prevent virus

anybody use cleanslate program here, this program removes changes made everytime you boot or log-out, is it advisable to use this instead of an antivirus?

you're better off getting a complete AV solution instead of this.
Like some ppl tend to use MCafee avert stinger each time they get strike by viruses, which is not a solution !!!

My school uses it I hear. I dont think its of much help to you, just use an Antivirus software or something like that.

Could use AVG they even have a free version you can use.
