Using Firefox

Hi I do have account in Myspace everytime I clicked some pics my computer freezed right away I know I had run virus scan ,Glary Utitlities and Malwarebytes . I can't use my computer in order to use it i have to reboot,my mouse is freezes even crtl/alt/del can't do it. Or Myspace website have some problem???

Any ideas ??? Or my internet provider maybe the culprit because I had my internet ,telephone and TV program -all of them are provided by one company(TELUS .ca). Because today I was using my computer went to myspace clicked something in it ,freezes again and my kids were watching tv- tv program just died or nothing to be watch??

The thread question isn't clearly defined. Is this a problem with Firefox you are having, your computer in general, or just some issue you occur only on Myspace?

Your answer determines how this can be treated.

first, try using a different browser, internet explorer should already be on your computer so try that.

If that freezes, at bootup press f8 (it is usually f8, sometimes f3) to go to the boot options and boot in safe mode with networking. Try using it then and if it works you know it isn't your isp but most probably a hardware conflict.

Try on another computer, if it works on that (while on your internet connection) then you know that it is your computer that has the issue, not your network or myspace.

That should give you a bit to be going on for now. In future though, make your question and problem more clear by giving more details and using full correct english (if you aren't using english as first language you obviously you may not be able do that)
