I do not think it is possible, but still I want to ask this.
my usb is not working, so I cannot use my mouse through usb..
I looked it up and it is possible to use a mouse with Bluetooth, But the situation is my laptop does not have any Bluetooth :(. I am wondering if there is another way to use my mouse not using usb or Bluetooth....

Does your laptop have a PS2 mouse connector? Without working USB ports, you're rather limited. It's possible you may be able to add Bluetooth to your laptop internally but you need to check with the mfr to determine that.

As strollin said, look to see if your computer has a PS/2 port (usually green/purple). Other than that, you can install a PCI or PCI-E USB add-on card for about $10-$20.

This is a laptop. Kind of hard to put in a pci or pci-e card in a laptop

Can't add a pci card to a laptop BUT it's possible the laptop has a wifi adapter that can be swapped out for a combo wifi/Bluetooth adapter. I had a Dell that I was able to do that with in the past.

no don't have ps2.. is mostly on the older laptops and mine is about 7 month old only. find it quite fast and annoying that usb stops working.. Toshiba technical support asked me to reinstall my drivers, did that.. not working.... check bios if usb options where disabled.. did that.. not working and everything was enabled... it's probarly a hardware/technical problem..

if it's possible to put Bluetooth on my laptop then I would have a solution... how to do that ??

I would contact Toshiba and ask them if there is an option available from them to add Bluetooth to the laptop. However, since the laptop is only 7 months old, isn't it still under warranty? I would look into getting the USB ports working as a warrant issue.
