i want to use 3 displays but the only way i could work it was

1 dvi to moniter 1 hdmi to hdtv on hd6770

and 1 vga to moniter on intel hd

i use the 3 moniters to play a mmorpg and put a multiple clients on each screen b4 when i was using 2 screen on the hd6770 i got 60fps on 4 game clients

i just put the same 4 across the 3 screens but only got 20fps and also i use msi afterburner so that my desktop gpu moniter worked as the 6770 was new and not supported but it says gpu usage was 0% but it worked fine b4

i have not messed about with anything yet

i was just wanting some advice ie should i change anything or get any programmes as i don't want to break anything

it says no conflicts but i'm i playing with firing doing this or is it pretty much the same as having 2 cards installed in a dual disply monther board

thanks

You'd get better FPS with another GPU because your current video setup probably doesn't have enough video memory to support three monitors for gaming.

with just the 6770 it runs 4 of my game clients no problem at all i was suppose to to be able to use up to 5 screens with just that but when i plugged the 3 in it didn't work so i tried it this way

i read that even with 2 gpus i would have problems with frame rates i don't understand why if 1 card runs teh 2 screens fine why the other can't just run the other 1

i just wanted an extra screen so that i could make the game clients bigger i'm not having any problems its just i wanted the ectra screen tomorrow i'm phoning teh shop were i got the hd6770 and i will ask him how it suppose to work i'm suppose to be able to run 5 screens but i don't see how with only 3 outputs

i'm a big noob at all this

i'm runnin the screens but its running like shit it seems to be using the onboard b4 the discrete i'm only using 26% of the gpu i'm really annoyed it should run better using 2 gpus not worse
