UT2003 Demo Problem

So I installed the demo, ran it, the screen res changed then changed back and it came up with this little error report:

OS: Windows XP 5.1 (Build: 2600)
CPU: GenuineIntel PentiumPro-class processor @ -652 MHz with 1022MB RAM
Video: ATI Mobility Radeon X1300 (6618)

Negative delta time!

History: UGameEngine::Tick <- UpdateWorld <- MainLoop

What does that mean? what do I do?
