Validation problem

try and get your money back. if he refuses, open a claim to get it back. he sold you a copy of windows that the key was already used

He's not going to give his money back. It clearly states on the page that there is no returns on OEM software. It also says if you don't agree with the terms don't bid.

but he said that the key was genuine, which is a lie. it is fraud, and the listing was not accurite.

file a claim with ebay and hopefully u can get ur money back(whether the guy wants to give it back or not)

He should call Microsoft first before he tries to get his money back. I have had a couple of keys not work for me then I call Microsoft and they check out fine.

I wouldn't doubt that the key has already been used. I would never buy from a seller that has only had 5 reviews even though they are all good. For all we know they could of been from his friends.
 
Ahhh ,it end up to be my fault, I installed this windows over the old copy and that is why.
The seller contacted Microsoft and gave me new key code and instruction how to fix the problem by using Microsoft tool . Grate seller….
