Value for money?

Is this a quality mobo (worth the money) or is it just plain crap. I need one with both AGP and PCI-E (long story) and this was the only one i could find.

if you want to overclock with it...DON'T KNOW. as far as having a 939 agp/pci-e mobo this is a good price ~$85

I wouldn't know what to tell you about it's overclocking ability, google this asrock overclock and see what happens

I would say yes. Many people on this forum would take a hissy if you said you wanted asrock but there pretty good! I have the 775v88+ model and it has everything needed for a basic simple celeron pc.
