anything i can buy/ download for use to create vcd's?

i have sa concert recorded digitally and would like to be able to make copies for my friends, any ideas?

i ave adaptec cd creator that does nothing, got jet audioBasic 6 too which might do, what file type does everythin have to be in, and anythin that can convert to that type?
 
either one of these programs can be free, either thru downloads of trial version software, or u can buy them...

i think alcohol120% was like $20( search alcohol120%), and nero is like $30
