Vcore reduce

I have AMD Phenom II X4 960T.

I 'd like to reduce the Vcore voltage when idle, but seems that never goes under 1.35V :(
Cool & quiet is 'auto' in bios (there is no 'enable' option).
I watch in real time the voltage with AIDA64, it goes from 1.3V to 1.5V
Is there any way to get it lower? 1.1V or 1.0V?
 
Like my Phenom ii x4 955, even at stock clock it is pretty hungry. In my experience any lower than 1.35 will result in random bluescreens when it needs to ramp itself up.
 
Suppose that cool & quiet or similar software will reduce the voltage when idle, for examble my previous Phenom2 x3 720 was working between 1,1-1,4V. A sempron140 which I have in another system is working between 1,1-1,3V (I watch vcore real time with AIDA64).
But 960T looks like not flexible, its always 1.35V, even in idle.
 
Is there any news about this matter? Can 960T be auto reduced, as usually happens in other cpu s?
Suppose that 960T has a scale 0.825 - 1.4 V.
 
You got it overclocked or have cores unlocked? What do you have the power options set at?

I do not overclock, I do not unlock cores.

I just want auto Vcore reduse, as happens in other amd processors.
Why be always 1.4V, if most of time pc is idle?

Power option is "Balanced(recommended)".

I m talking for a known problem of 960T.
Do u have any solution?
