Very frustrating WinXP64 Adminitrator/users accounts issue!

So I've had this computer working fine for a while. When Windows start the blue screen comes up and asks to choose a user to log in thru. It only gave me one choice which was "Administrator." I created a new account with admin privileges. Now I cannot log in as "Administrator." In "Documents and Settings" under "users," my "administrator" profile is still here. Why cant I log in as Administrator any longer? Please help, Very important for me!

Try starting up the computer in safe mode. There *should* be another pre-made administrator that you can log on to that doesn't have a password. If there is, get on and fix up the problem.
