Very hot laptop

Hello i have a Samsung NP700Z5B-S01UB laptop that I have used as a desktop for about 2 years. I have always had a chill pad under but it doesnt seem to be doing the trick. Laptop has been lagging extremely hard in any form of video or game for the past month or so.. I was thinking it was a little hot so I downloaded a gauge. I have attached the picture with the gauge readings. They are about 80 C. Keep in mind my laptop is just on desk on chillpad but it gets very very hot on keyboard. Almost uncomfortable to touch hot. The reads are with me turning my laptop on and letting idle for an hour or so. Is my computer fried or am I just making a dumb mistake?? Someone please help, I am hoping to start school in fall and not in position to purchase new computer.

I also forgot to mention, I bought air spray yesterday and took whole back off item. Sprayed everywhere really well. I did also confirm both fans are turning on while back was off.

One more thing, My computer used to be able to max League of legends and hit a good 45-70 FPS. Now on very very minimal settings with no shadows my computer gets maybe 15 fps and sometimes freezes during teamfights.

One more thing to add. I put 15% strain on cpu and I get temps up to 95.

Stop using laptop and get it looked at immediately. Those temps are way too hot. My guess is that it will have to torn down and thermal paste reapplied. Or possible something blocking the cooling fan from blowing air on the cpu.
