Very slow to no capacity

My internet has had some real problems. Its so slow that whenever i try to go to anything it takes me about 6-7min (with highspeed 7megs internet). I think i have a bunch of viruses but my anti-virus program doesnt detect anything. I update everyday and im using AVG that i got from download.com. I also wonder if someone got into my computer, created a backdoor, and is sharing a connection with me and stealing all of my bandwidth.Whenever i try to go to www.pandasoftware.com to do an online virus scan my computer doesnt work and the activex controlls are allowed and everything. I need help. Ive only recently goten into computers so plz try to expalin things to me a little more. Also i cant even go to the websites segested above to download any software whenever i try it just acts like its loading a page for about 20min and then it gives me a "page can not be displayed" thing. Im currently using a friends computer.

Can you get Hijackthis on your friends machine and then transfer it to yours on a disc or usb stick, then post the log.

Can't see anything that might be causing these problems, although there's 3 antivirus programs showing (we'll deal with that later). What did you use to get hijackthis on your comp, we could do with a usb stick.
 
ok its perfoming the update but because of the slow internet it will take awhile. I started runing the scan for 3min (then i remembered i needed to update)but it found 20 objects. I think they were all just spyware. They looked somthing like this HKLM/SOFTW..\classes\MiniB..\CLSID\\
 
That's registry entries, it's the first thing it scans. The update shouldn't take long, even with slow internet. Do the scan in safemode.
 
My computer locked up as soon as i tried to put it into safe mode so i ran the scan in normal mode. When its done should i try to see if i can get in through safe mode?
 
ok the first scan finished (ewdo or whatever its called). It found 183 infected files most of those looked like this :Mozilla.409:C:\Docum..\Owner..\Appli..\Mozilla\Firefox\Profi..\5tjbf..\co.. the problem is i still cant even get to any websites without having to wait like 30min thus and therefor i cant even get to computer forum so that means that i cant scan online. I have no idea what the deal is now. Could it be my stepfathers in ability to network?
