Very sluggish Internet

Back to the same issue Flash player causing problems with the internet, making it sluggish.

I have run all you suggest, Ive disabled Apple Photo streams (I think), I uninstalled Lavasoft AdAware.

I have run OTL again with the fix you suggested, howvere again it has disabled my start button so may have to do system restore again.

Really still struggling with this.

You do realize those logs are over 4 months old? You should rerun everything again and post the logs.
