Very strange and annoying problem... should be easy...

I got this problem while back, thought it was just something small. But it got really annoying.

Its not a problem, just something i wanna fix. Its probably REALLY easy, but i havent gotten it yet.

Usealy when you save stuff, the files/folder are in alphabeticle order right? Folders first. But there not for me...

its the total opisite. The Files starting from Z and then A, and then the folders come. its really annoying, the only way i can fix it is if i right click and press Arrage by-Name. but it doest stay.

Can anyone help?

Once you arrange the folder just the way you want it, try going to the tools menu and selecting 'folder options'. Click on the 'view' tab and press the 'apply to all folders' button.

when
"my computer" is opened up or "my documents" or what ever folder is opened... go to Tools/Folder Options
then in the "General" tab press "Restore Defults", then in the "View Tab" click anything that says "Restore Defults"
and that should restore how all the folders are viewed to their defult settings...
EDIT: or wut SFR said... personally i like the defults, so that is y i told u to do that

ok, i don't mean to rag, but Encore, it's kind of annoying that you put the word "defults" in your post several times when the correct word is "defaults".
